Beautiful classic engagement ring Verified BuyerThe ring was delivered on time and looks fantastic. The diamond sparkles beautifully in the light, the desired engraving is beautifully applied. I am very satisfied with the ring itself. In my opinion, the "free ring box" should not have been included, its quality does not benefit the ring. I also think it's a bit bland that I have to explicitly state that I don't want a Glamira advertising engraved in the ring. Why would I want that? Delivery was within the stated delivery time, but the postal packaging was of poor quality. A fluff box, the bottom of which was practically open. The packaging of the ring could be removed from the postal package with little effort without opening it "normally". In addition, I find a period of "up to 25 working days" very long for adjusting the ring size. It is an engagement ring, which means that the ring wearer probably didn't try it on and the size will probably be incorrect. I think a (maximum) period of 5 weeks is absurd, you don't want to miss the ring as a newly engaged couple. The jeweler around the corner has now done it, in 3 working days. But that costs us Glamira's "lifetime warranty" (and extra money). Quite a minus. -

surprise succeededThe ring with the illuminated box hit the mark. Like the ring, my fiancee beamed when she got it. And since it was all at night, the illuminated bix was of course a highlight. Since I had to estimate the ring size, it was unfortunately 2 sizes too big. A goldsmith friend of mine then corrected this and independently assessed the quality of the ring as impeccable. Great store! Delivery on time!
