Ring size is as important as the ring itself. A graceful and comfortable fit will enhance the bond to that elegant ring. GLAMIRA will not give up until you are satisfied in all aspects, therefore we offer free resizing to your non-engraved or engraved ring one time free of charge within the first 60 days of receipt of your product. Custom or modified products (special orders that have been designed and/or produced to customer specifications) are not eligible for free resizing.

GLAMIRA will engrave your ring for free when you select this option during your purchase. You can choose from four different fonts and include special symbols like hearts or infinity. The maximum number of symbols you can type in is 25 - including spaces, icons and letters.
If you ordered your item without engraving and later on decided that you would like to get it engraved, we will gladly do it for a small fee of NZD $35 including shipment after engraving.
Please avoid getting your item engraved by a third party such as another jeweler or someone other than GLAMIRA as it will void your lifetime warranty.

Jewellery is delicate and requires extra care while in delivery. GLAMIRA offers complementary & insured shipping on all orders for loss or damage in transit. Once the order leaves our premises, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your delivery.
We recommend you to open your package and inspect it for damage and the contents. If you detect any damage please file a damage claim and reject the receipt of the delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your item to GLAMIRA either for a refund, resizing, engraving or repair request. Submit return order form which can be filled just in a couple of simple clicks. Print it out and send it back with the item. Once the return order form is submitted, you will receive the instructions to your email address on how to proceed with the return. - Only one coupon can be redeemed per order.
- Coupons can only be redeemed before the order is completed.
- A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
